How to Sync Purchases

If you purchased any Adjustments from the Topaz Store, then you'll need the Topaz Studio application to access them.  Instructions for installing Topaz Studio can be found here.  Instructions for adding Topaz Studio to Photoshop, so you can use your new Pro Adjustment as a plugin, can be found here.  Instructions for adding Topaz Studio to Lightroom, so you can use your new Pro Adjustment from the External Editing menu, can be found here.

If you do not have Topaz Studio installed yet:

  1. Download Topaz Studio from the Downloads Page.
  2. Run the Topaz Studio installer, and follow all of the prompts to install the software.
  3. Allow Topaz Studio to launch.
  4. Login to Topaz Studio with the account information you used to purchase.
  5. Allow the one-time setup to complete and Adjustment sync to complete.  You will receive a notice or series of notices in the image preview area indicating that your Adjustment or Adjustments have been upgraded to Pro.
  6. Now that Studio is configured, select the Adjustments option from the application menu.
  7. Select your new Pro Adjustment!

If you do have Topaz Studio installed:

  1. Open Topaz Studio and make sure you have the latest version.  If you are not sure, or do not have the latest version, select Help → Check for Software Updates to update.
  2. Make sure you are logged in with the same account you used to purchase
  3. Select Help from the application menu
  4. Select Check for Adjustment Updates to sync Pro status to your Adjustment
  5. Once the Adjustment has been upgraded to Pro, select the Adjustments option from the application menu.
  6. Select your new Pro Adjustment!

 

Note: If your Pro Adjustment does not sync after following these steps, has a white "X" instead of an icon, or you cannot login to sync, please follow the steps here.
