If you already have Studio installed, make sure you are using the latest version, then open the application and select Help → Check for Adjustment Updates.

How are plugins different from Adjustments? Pro Adjustments work ONLY inside of Topaz Studio. Topaz Studio itself is a standalone editor, but can also be used as a plugin for Photoshop or Lightroom. Our Classic Plugin products work ONLY as plugins. Of our Classic Plugin products, you can run ReMask, DeNoise, and photoFXlab as standalone applications, as well.
What is in the Adjustment Packs (Clarity in Studio, Simplify in Studio, Detail in Studio, Glow in Studio, Texture Effects in Studio, Impression In Studio)? Which products require a license key? Adjust 5, Clean 3, DeNoise 6, DeJPEG 4, ReMask 5, InFocus, Lens Effects, B&W Effects 2, Star Effects, photoFXlab, and ReStyle.
When does the Black Friday sale start? We start the sale around midnight Nov 22, 2018 (CST, UTC-6).
When does the sale end? We end the sale around midnight Tuesday, November 27, 2018 (CST, UTC-6). This sale runs from Black Friday through Cyber Monday.
Can I get an extension on this deal? No. The promotion will not use coupon codes, and will not be extensible. If you miss the deal, you miss it!
I just bought last week! Can I get a refund for the price difference? Come on, now. The whole world knew Black Friday was coming! We will not be processing price difference refunds for purchases made prior to Black Friday.
Your advertisements say this is the last time to buy the Go Pro Adjustment Bundle. What does that mean? As our product lines have grown more diverse and our offerings have shifted, we've found that it's becoming more difficult to maintain and explain our products as an entire package. We recognize the convenience of purchasing everything all at once, but we're working on improving the Topaz experience in a manner where owning exactly what you need will become more important than buying the house. Of course, we want you to support us in every way possible, but we're changing what that means just a bit.
Do I still get to get the Go Pro Adjustment Bundle/Pro Pack discount of 50%? If you buy the Go Pro Adjustment Bundle during this sale, then each time we add a new Pro Adjustment, you will be able to purchase the Go Pro Adjustment Bundle again. We will post an announcement when we officially pull the Go Pro Adjustment Bundle from the store, AND when we enable grandfathering into the discount. You will be able to continue to buy the Go Pro Adjustment Bundle ONLY if you own it prior to the removal of the item from our store. There will be no exceptions to this change.
When exactly is the last day of the Go Pro Adjustment Bundle availability? The end of the Black Friday sale will mark the end of the regular appearance of the Go Pro Adjustment Bundle. We will then periodically enable Pro Bundle purchases for all Pro Adjustments, or a selection of Pro Adjustments, for purchase.

Why can't I enter a coupon code? During the biggest sale of the year, we are disabling coupon usage. Not to worry, you will be receiving the steepest savings for any of our products all year. My payment is being declined. I have enough money and my card is good, what's going on?
