Our latest update to Gigapixel AI, v4.0.0 included a reconfigured authentication process to fix login and activation issues experienced by some users in previous versions. As a result, users should expect to be logged out of Gigapixel Ai after updating. Most users should be able to re-enter their credentials and sign-in as usual.
What to try next:
Use your billing email address instead of username
You can use either your username or billing email address to sign into Gigapixel AI. Your billing email address is what we use to match your product to your username. This is so we have a way to look up your account if your username gets lost.
Reset your password
If using your username or email address does not work, the next step is to reset your password. Click the "Forgot your password?" link to proceed through the password reset process.
Once you have reset your password, try logging into Gigapixel AI once more.
Tip: Don't use special characters in your new password. Save the new password and make sure you can log in first. You can change your password again by going to My Account>Change My Details

If you've tried the steps above and you're still not able to log in, we're happy to help! There are a few different reasons you may be having trouble still, such as:
- The billing email address used to purchase Gigapixel AI is long gone and forgotten
- The billing email address used to purchase Gigapixel AI had a typo in it
- Your account has been merged with another account since your purchase

- Gigapixel AI order number (if you can access it)
- Any other email addresses you may have used in the past for purchases
