Unable to Authenticate with server. 0
This error means that your computer is having not able to reach our server to authenticate your login. The '0' means that the connection was blocked by the computer, typically due to a firewall or antivirus program.
How to resolve this issue
First, make sure you have installed the latest version of your product as a fix for this issue was released in April 2019. You can install the latest version from within the application by clicking Help>Check for Software updates, or you can just download it from our Topaz Labs Download Page.
If you have the latest version installed and you're still receiving this error, try disabling your firewall and trying again. You can re-enable it as soon as you've logged in.
