Why is it Still in Trial Mode?


Your program could still be in trial mode for several reasons.


1. Make sure you are logging in with the same email address you used to purchase the product. Login to topazlabs.com and see if the product you are looking for is listed on the https://topazlabs.com/my-account/downloads/ page. If it is not on that page, then you will not be able to login to that program with that email address. 


Update Your Product Ownership: 

1. Login to the application again using Community -> Switch Users (even if you are already logged in, login again just in case you have changed your password. If this menu item greyed out, open an image and it will no longer be greyed out)

2. Authorize your purchase using Help -> update product ownership

The trial mode banner at the top of the application should vanish, and you're set.
