Getting Started: Downloading and Installing DeNoise AI

Ready to get started?  Just select the link below for your operating system:

 

Windows

  1. Download our DeNoise AI Windows Installer
  2. Double-click the download in the bottom left of the screen (Note: You can also find it in your Downloads folder}
  3. Follow the prompts in the installer
  4. Restart your computer (optional, but recommended)
  5. Open the application as a standalone (by itself, without a host editor) to make sure it is working
  6. If you normally use a host editor, try using DeNoise AI as a plug-in (Note: Having trouble using DeNoise AI in your host editor? See "Using DeNoise AI with a Host Editor")

Mac

  1. Download our DeNoise AI Mac Installer
  2. Double-click the download in the bottom left of the screen (Note: You can also find it in your Downloads folder}
  3. Follow the prompts in the installer
  4. Restart your computer (optional, but recommended)
  5. Open the application as a standalone (by itself, without a host editor) to make sure it is working
  6. If you normally use a host editor, try using DeNoise AI as a plug-in (Note: Having trouble using DeNoise AI in your host editor? See "Using DeNoise AI with a Host Editor")

This error code occurs for Mac users and means that DeNoise AI cannot write the contents that it needs to in the specified folder and is caused by insufficient installer permissions.

How to Fix this Error

  1. Right-click (control+click) the installer in your downloads folder

  2. 'Get Info'

  3. Click on the Image result for mac lock icon in the bottom right corner of the window

  4. Set all permissions in the list from "Read only" to "Read & Write"

  5. Run the installer again

This issue can be resolved by using our offline installer. DeNoise AI Mac Offline Installer or DeNoise AI Windows Offline Installer.
