I Purchased Gigapixel AI and it Still Says It Is In Trial Mode


If you have purchased Gigapixel but you are still seeing notifications about the application being in trial mode

1. Sync your ownership with Help -> Update Ownership



2. Try logging in again by going to Community -> Switch Users to pull up the login page



3. Check your account. You should be able to see your copy of Gigapixel AI on the https://topazlabs.com/my-account/downloads/ page.


If you don't see your copy of Gigapixel AI in your account, it is possible that you purchased Gigapixel with another email address.
