Login Issue: Connection Refused While Logging In

If you are having a hard time logging into your Topaz Labs account or software, or if you are seeing that the connection is being refused, here is something you can try.


You can temporarily disable the Firewall and after logging in you can turn your firewall back on.

You may be able to add our Topaz Labs as a trusted application to your Operating System security and firewall preferences so that you do not have to disable your Firewall to login. 


Unfortunately, we do not have a tutorial on how to do that at this time, but a quick google search for "add trusted program firewall" plus your operating system will get you what you need.
