To get your system profile on Windows, you can do the following:
1) In Windows 7 and 8, you need to click the Start menu which is usually at the bottom-left corner of your screen and go to the "Search For Files and Programs" box to search for "dxdiag". For Windows 10, you can just type in the search function in your taskbar or just start typing while your start menu is open. You'll type in ''dxdiag''. Select ''dxdiag'' from the search results.
2) The DirectX Diagnostic Tool window will come up. Click on ''Save All Information...'' to save the file on your computer. You can then choose the location where you want to save it.
3) Find the file ''dxdiag.txt'' you saved and send it as an attachment to tech support or upload it into our help request submission tool when prompted.
