In our latest product updates (this only applies to DeNoise AI and Sharpen AI at this time) you have to be logged into the app so that it will not function as a trial. If you recently purchased one of these products and it still says you are in trial mode, you may need to log in through the app in order to authenticate your ownership.
You can do this by following these steps:
1) Launch the App
2) Go to Account at the top tab
3) Login and enter your email and password to authenticate.
Please note that on a Mac system, the Menu bar will be at the very top of your screen rather than the app itself. If you do not see Account, you may have to look or hover over the top of your screen to find it.
If you are stuck in trial and using DeNoise AI (v2.4.2 or before) or Sharpen AI (v2.2.4 or before) or any other Topaz Labs App:
In this case, you will have to log in and out through Switch Users. If you are stuck in trial mode on one of these versions, proceed with the following steps:
1) Open an image
2) Go back to Community > Switch Users
3) Switch Users should now be a clickable option and you should be able to log out and log back in to clear the trial mode.
For our recently updated photo products, the only difference between the purchased products and the trial version aside from your product license is that you will have a watermark on your saved images in the trial version. If you see a watermark in your images, it means you are in trial mode on your app.
